The Coverage
- iMOBO Group Limited ("iMOBO", & "we") warranty obligations for the iMOBO product you have purchased (the "Product") are limited to the terms set forth in this document. iMOBO warrants the Product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period")

Automobili Lamborghini, Ducati, Ducati Corse & MOBO product lines, excluding screen protector, are covered by a One-Year warranty.
Extreme Impact screen protectors are covered by a Limited Lifetime warranty.

If a material or workmanship defect arises with regard to any iMOBO product, and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, we will at our option:
(i) replace the iMOBO product; or
(ii) refund the purchase price of the defective iMOBO product.
- This warranty strictly does not cover damages that arose from negligence, misuse, wear, tear & accident, or not in accordance with product instructions (dropping the product, etc.).
- Unfortunately, we cannot offer the warranty to products without proof of purchase.
- Only items purchased directly from "www.imobocase.com" will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.
- If the defective item is no longer available, iMOBO will replace the item with an equal or lesser priced item at the discretion of the customer.
- In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.
The Claim Process
- Once our Customer Service team receives your claim form, you will receive instructions on the next steps in getting your item into iMOBO's Quality Control Department for evaluation.
- During the evaluation process, our technicians will decide the approval status of the item based on our warranty guidelines.
- This evaluation process usually takes 5-7 business days.
- Please note customers are responsible for shipping charges & duties on sending the defective item back to iMOBO.
- If the claim is valid, iMOBO would bear shipping cost for replacement.
Refunds
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment not including shipping cost.
For returned items, refund (full payment we received from PayPal, there may be currency exchange loss and iMOBO is not responsible for this transaction system loss) will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping and handling fees.
Replacement
If iMOBO is unable to replace an item that has been discontinued, the customer will be offered an item of their choice with a value comparable to the item as shown on the original purchase receipt or invoice. iMOBO has the right to disclaim any limited warranty on discontinued products.
Return
Items purchased through www.imobocase.com
- We guarantee all merchandise purchased through www.imobo.case.com
- iMOBO has a 30-day money back guarantee on all purchases placed directly from our website (www.imobocase.com). Please note that we do not do exchanges. It is easier and faster to just return the item to us and place a new order at your convenience.
- After the 30 day grace period, iMOBO will not accept returns unless the item is defective under our warranty terms.
- Please note customers are responsible for shipping charges & duties on sending the defective item back to iMOBO.

- Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation if applicable.
- Pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box if possible.
- Returns made without receipt may be refused. iMOBO reserves the right to deny any return.
- Include the original packing slip or copy of the receipt and reason for the return.
